    Mini PCI-E to SATA & USB Adapter

    Hi, do you think (or know) whether is this going to work on SXPS 1647 WWAN port???

    It might, but sometimes the manufacturers will put a block in the BIOS to only allow certain devices to work on the PCI-e slots. I'm not sure about the 164x. You could try asking over here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/gam...-lets-figure-out-how-make-diy-vidock-160.html. The thread isn't really related, but the people there, like nando4, are smart on this kind of thing and might be able to help you out.

    What are you trying to accomplish anyways?

    The USB component will work. The SATA will not. Reason is those adapters are for netbooks whose mPCIe slots are different to standard wifi (pci-e) or wwan (usb) ones in notebooks. The Dell WWAN slots are pci-e+USB.

    Ok, thx, USB is what I'm going for as I sometimes need more than 2 USB + eSATA. I'm, going to move the receiver for logitech mouse inside the laptop :)
