    I just came across this and wanted to know your words on it , if it will fit/work in the xps 17 (l701x)

    i believe it will. it's mentioned on the link you posted that it works on dell laptops with internal sim card slots. if yours has one, why should'nt it ? btw, wait for others opinions before deciding. as for form factor, i looks compatible.

    To me, price and performance does not always go hand in hand. but I am over the pond so my opinion is skewed. paper wise, looks good, but I would check with users who have it.

    Thanks for the replies guys , I checked with the retailer and the guy said it does work with 701x as he has had other customers who have bought it for the same system. Now il put my self to the test and see if it really is true. I will get it tomorrow then i will try it and let everyone know how it goes.
