I've got a XPS M1530 and it seems that all the LEDs in the screen are not lighting up.

Here's a picture of what I'm talking about:

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hello Dgopal1,
The issue seems to be with the LCD on the computer.
    To isolate the issue,
    1) Please boot the computer into the BIOS (By tapping the F2 key after turning the computer on) and check if you still have the same issue on the BIOS screen.
    2) Run the LCD BIST (Built in Self-Test) and check if the issue is same during the test. (To run the test, turn the computer off. Press and hold the 'D' button and them press the power button. This will start the LCD BIST. You shall see a series of colored screens. Please check if you still have the same issue with the LCD on the colored screen.)
    3) Please connect an external monitor / TV to the computer and check if the image on the external display is fine.
If the issue is same on the BIOS screen, LCD BIST and if the external display is working fine, the issue is with the LCD and the LCD on the computer need to be replaced.
