Seems light and not too small.. .just my type. Mmmmmmmmm
-
sxyy..i hope i dont regret geettting that 9 cell!
-
The portrait M1330 shot as well the the top down one are of the non-LED display. You can tell from the thickness and the slight angle at the top of the display.
-
Better than getting the 4cell!!
-
ya right that's CCFL
-
it's under 4 lbs w/6-cell and LED mean that it's lighter that MB
-
I believe it's the 4 cell and LED display that put the M1330 just under 4lbs. With the 6 cell it's about 4.2lbs. But still, no comparison with the MacBook, which is over 5lbs, but it's (the M1330) also significantly more expensive.
-
Im glad i did get the 6 cell. I was thinking of calling and adding a 9 cell to my order but now im thinking i might just get another 6 cell and call it a day.
No humps for me. -
I don't think I've ever seen a pic of the LED screen. The other screen doesn't look to be any thinner than my bulky HP right now. The inspirons look like their screens are super thick though
-
I've attached an image from the side of the LED display.

Wow... that LCD screen DOES look thick!
-
simply the NBR review is w/LED
-
which one is more expensive?!!
this one (MacBook) has 2.16GHz instead of 1.5 in the base m1330 -
Errr, okay now that I'm re-reading my post, it's sort of misleading. I meant even though the MacBook is no comparison to the M1330 in terms of weight, the M1330 is significantly more expensive.
I'll edit my post. -
cool
we will compare it with MacBook cuz it's the same form, just for that.
-
I really hope the notebook sleeve on the right side of the 2nd picture come with the laptop.
the lid design seems similar to the inspiron 300m. im kinda not a big fan of the 2 silver bars on the side of the screen.
the LED screen is not thick at all, its because the rest of the notebook is so small, I really like how small it looks in dudes hand in pic 3
nice pics
-
nice pics 3DVirus.
I'm glad i got the LED, it looks so much thinner than CCFL. I think this one shows the difference between the two (i think)... the angle of the shot makes it confusing though.
-
yep, LED is razor thin
-
the sleeve is cool, i hope it comes with it about silver bars they are nice cuz they are brushed with aluminium.
-
Hmm...I ordered the 9 cell specifically for battery life and to keep the laptop raised. I heard it stays a few degrees cooler and the battery lasts longer that way. Although I'm having second thoughts on how well it will sit on my lap cuz of the hump. I do not want to reorder. (I ordered 2x 9 cells)
The screen still does not look razor thin. But you're probably right, the laptop is so small in comparison. -
It should sit okay, since the battery protrusion extends just about the entire length of the laptop, so should make for a relatively uniform prop.
-
that last picture..hmm.. feels like the keyboard should not be silver but who cares.. looks hot!
-
there are reports that it comes with the sleeve and that the 9 cell will fit in it
-
good news
-
yeah i can see no reason why it wont fit
-
-
cuz it sticks out
-
That's a lot of laptops..
