What are my options? I tried to turn it on again by pressing Fn + right arrow key on my keyboard to turn it on but the lights on my touchpad light up as well as caps lock when I turn it on but not the rest.

    How can I do that?

My keyboard is actually stuffed? I can't send it back to Dell or something?

it should work without having to install anything. Its probably BIOS controlled @@ (not sure im talking sense here) but it looks like your keyboard is gone.

there is a small ribbon cable that works the backlit, probably came loose. If the trackpad lights up then its working as its on the same control

must be hardware- mine stopped working after a tech visit- I removed the palm rest to find the cable not attached

Are you still within your One Year Warranty? Or, do you have an Extended Warranty? If so, you should take advantage of either. Contact Dell and they will send you a new replacement keyboard/palmrest. If you have Onsite as part of your package ~ You will have a Technician sent to do the replacement.
