    My Fans keep turning off under 40deg

    Well my problem is with the m1530 whenever the CPU drops below 40 it turn the fan off and doesent turn it back on till around 48deg how can i keep it on all the time so its always :cool:

    You don't need fans on when your temps are that low.

    Keeping a constant temperature is more important than keeping the lowest possible temperature. Also, fans are noisy and people can base a laptop purchase on such trivial things.

    Keeping your system between 40-60deg is a good thing. If it was fluctuating between 30-60deg, which could happen if fans were on constantly (60deg might be when it's under heavy load), may lead to component failure due to thermal expansion and contraction.

    Fan noise (outside of a library...) may be trivial but battery charge life certainly isn't. Notebooks are supposed to be mobile computing devices...

    But regardless, if the OP wants to take charge... why not? Download, install and configure 18kfangui to control your system fan as you want it.

    lol, its ok, my fans dont come on till i get gpu to 68c and clu to 60c. thats without games.

    and the gpu reaches that with ease while doing nothing, is that ok? or is the gpu too hot

    they are like my max temps even when fans on lol
