    My Laptop crashes when i install windows live..

    hello guys
    iim sorry if i m posting it in wrong section,..
    the problem is ,, on my dell studio 1535, whenever i try to install latest version of windows live mesenger, works fine first time,, but when i restart my windows,, it shows me blue screen memory dump,, then when i repair,, it removes those installations of live messenger,,
    I have checked,, its hapneing with only windows live messenger ...
    I have tried 5 to 6 times,,
    i need windows live ...
    anybody help me please

    Maybe the installer is corrupt. Try redownloading the file and install.

    Then it must be some program that is creating a conflict. Check for some running background programs.

    did u install the drivers for the webcam, sound and graphics?? seems like a problem there when the installer is testing for those two items
