My M1330 hinge is too loose. How do you access the nuts to tighten it up? I don't know where they are, and how to get at them. Any help on this is appreciated!

    Thanks
    Andy

okay, so what you need to do:

tighten the screws that are on the bottom part of your laptop, the ones that are right next to the hinge *circle*, there are 2 of them, one beside each hinge.

if that doesn't do it, you need to remove the black panel where the media buttons are, refer to the dell manuals for instructions on how you do this, its basically to lift one edge and continue popping it loose with your fingers, after you remove it, you will clearly see the 2 screws holding your screen's hinges, tighten them also.

after this you are finished, please note that as you open-close your lid, the hinge's mechanism wears, leading to a floppy screen, and this is non-repairable, so you need to buy new ones. (oh and do this at your own risk, im not responsible for any damage done to your computer :D )
