    Replacement warranty still effective. Will Dell replace with another M1330 or replace with XPS15 or something else?

    Unless a) the machine is somehow destroyed (ie you're getting this fixed under complete care) or b) you've had the machine serviced multiple times already, you're probably just going to get your M1330 fixed.

    Yup to the above. You might not even get an XPS replacement, some people were offered normal Studio laptops for M1330/M1530. Call up Dell and find out your options!

    First define "dead". Do you have the Nvidia GPU? If so has it failed/been replaced before? What's the machine doing/not doing?
