    My U.S XPS 1530 died "wont turn on and boot" after 2 month of buying

    hello

    im writing this and im so angery :mad: and shocks

    I ordered my dream lifetime dell xps 1530 before 2~3 months
    it worked very nice i was full satsfyed with the laptop


    after 2 month of using it ...in afternoon after using the laptop normaly just listen to music and chating ,NO overheating or any heavy use
    i turned off the pc to go to sleep... in the morning as usual i tryed to turn it on.. i pushed the power buttom its light on but the laptop wont start
    and tryed to push the media buttom it lighton but the laptop machine wont boot. I chated to dell online support and after some steps of testing he told me that
    my 2 month only laptop motherboard need to be replaced!! i was so carful with using the laptop no one touch it no heavy use the afternoon before the case it was working normaly
    just after 13 hours from turned off to on it died



    So I have to replace my xps 1530 motherboard

    as i bought it and export it to my country"UAE" they told me there are no direct support so they cant send me the part or do service to me they asked me to contact independent company which will charge me for the parts
    i asked them to send me the part to me to replace it they told me they cant send it to me indvduly ur country have no dirct support




    I send them email if i can send them my laptop to replace it and im wating for there answer..



    *so why my do u think this problom happned to laptop motherboard

    ****what do u suggest to me to do and to replace it

    I understand your frustration. I've been there but the truth of the matter is...luck of the draw. Some people don't take care of them and they last years before something breaks. Some, like you and me, polish them and hug them at night and they break.

    Sounds like you need to figure out a way to get the part sent to you, as Dell is saying that you still have a warranty on the laptop, but they don't send parts to where you are located.

    I'm sure there's a service somewhere that will provide a US address for you and then forward any mail you get at that US addy to wherever you are.

    I so lol'd at the grammar in OP.

    And yeah, as long as you have warranty you're fine. They can BS whatever they want, laws are laws.

    yeah warranty is cool we love warranty here at NBF ahh warranty warranty warranty mmmm warranty anyway enough about warranty send it back its under a yea rand its a hardware problem :) laws are the law my friend demands a new one aswell as you dont want refurbed :p
