Had to install a new hardrive in my xps inspiron laptop running win xp. I have wireless enabled in the bios. I can connect wired but not wireless.

Have a yellow question mark in device manager in control panel looking for "network controller." Searched dell's driver dowload with not

much luck, I have simply forgotten how to do this. I try to let the driver wizard locate it but come up with nil. Any help here folks?

You just need your wireless driver. However, you need to know which wireless adapter you're using (1510, 1515, etc.) before you get the driver. Do you have your build document from your order? Once you find it on there, just get the matching driver from the Dell site and you should be set.
