    My laptop keeps turning itslef off due to overheating

    I could understand if I was putting it on a carpet and playing crysis for a few hours.

    But I just stream a TV show and it turns off after about 20 minutes. And it is on a hard surface as well.

    I've had it since May I think last year.

    Whats the best option for me?

    Use HWmonitor and see if its you gpu. If its your gpu don't be surprised if it fails soon
