So we all know the nvidia issues with the m1330's by now. I got my m1330 in August, 2008 and am currently on my third motherboard, and it's crapping out again. The last time it was replaced was December, 2009. Seems like they're good for about six months. In December I had to resort to a corporate bomb-type e-mail to get any attention. I wanted them to give me a new XPS 13 but they would only replace the motherboard AGAIN. They assured me though that the motherboard was revised and would never fail again. LIES!
So now my computer is cranking at 217* F rendering a 480p Hulu video and the screen is starting to flicker (it idles at 185* F). I'm about to get real ugly with Dell demanding a replacement, but I'm noticing they don't offer anything similar to this laptop right now. I LOVE this computer (shape, size, style, weight) but can't keep going replacing the mobo every six months! Has anyone gotten a replacement out of Dell recently for one of these? What do you think they'd give me? I still have 422 days of bumper to bumper warranty. Thanks in advance!

People usually either get Studio 14s or XPS Studio 16s, and some Alienware M11x's. I actually got an Alienware M15x.
More than likely you'll get a replacement because the XPS M1330 (and Studio XPS 13) has been discontinued. -
