    Hi,

I finally got my M1730, and after running Crysis in HIGH (water detail VERY HIGH) in 1280x1024 with 2xAA and seing it ran smooth I quickly reformatted my machine so I could start with a fresh OS.

Now, while I have found most of the software for my wonderful Dell on Dells website, I can't find the the Logitech display software for Vista that was running when I got it pre-installed. Does anyone have a link to these drivers/software.

Thanks in advance, and to everyone wondering wether or not to buy this laptop - DONT HESITATE! It's AMAZING.

    Vista Experience Indexes:

    Processor: 5,7 (not overclocked)
    Memory: 5,0
    Graphics: 5,9
    Gaming graphics: 5,8
    Primary hard disk: 5,9

Also, is there a software for Vista where I can chance the light-color on the laptop, or can this only be done from the BIOS?

You can change the colours of the LEDs via the Dell Quickset utility, as well as via the BIOs.

    Now for another question.

3D applications seem to lock up randomly.. Especially WoW and 3DMark 06 wont even start at all. :(

Anyone had problems like that with the 8800 SLI?

Try updating your video card driver.

Which driver are you curretly using?? No matter which driver it is, it shouldnt really lock up with 3DMark06 TBH.
Im using stock 167.55 drivers, and get no lockups except within Movie Maker for some reason.
Try reinstalling your drivers, but as I said, Ive found 167.55 to be pretty good.
If you havent got BluRay you may want to try some of the ones on the LaptopVideo2Go site.....

Ifti, I'm already using the 167.55, I did a clean install and everything else should be fine.. But the random lock-ups worries me. :|

Try it with SLI disabled, just to see if it still crashes or not. That way we narrow the problem down to it being the SLI....
