A better question would be which current driver has the least problems and gives the best frame rates. It would be nice to see if the latest 174.74 driver is better than the 169 driver. Look forward to finding out soon.

I like the 174.74 the most. Higher 3D Mark, more stable than 174.31, and better game performance than 169's and 174.12/31.
    :)

Im not seeing it on the link.
The link on LaptopVideo says its v174.75
    followed that link
Heading says v174.76 for Vista, the download says 174.75 and when downloaded its 174.76 that only works with Vista.
    Still looking for XP Driver

    Arent the 174's for vista?

I use the one in the sig and it works fine. You should go to the forums on laptopvideo2go not the downloads page.

    Guys -

    Can't find 174.74

    My system came with 174.31
The latest ones on dell's websites when I installed them, were version 153.XX or something like that
The latest on LaptopVideoToGo is 169.09

I'm running Vista Premium, 32 bit

People here on the forum are talking about 174.74

You need to look on the laptopvideo forums, there's topics there on the 17x drivers.

Is it difficult/risky to change things like the CPU, video card etc. on a laptop? What difference in layout is there from a desktop computer.

+: Can the XPS m1330 be upgraded from a Penryn to a Montevina?
