Buddy there are many things that could be wrong and causing 'tripping' of your laptop. If it runs for a long time but then at other times for much shorter periods it suggests it is not a heat problem, especially if you have done everything you say. Is there any pattern to it that you can see? Have you run memtest to check the memory? Performed a standard virus scan? Over time all computer components degrade esp laptop parts which generally have had more heat stresses. A capacitor might be failing or other component dying. I have an old dell V13 vostro that has survived a SSD swap, x2 new batteries and a screen replacement, but now is BSOD every 20 mins or so despite my TLC. I assume your laptop is now long out of warranty?

my laptop is 3 year old..... yes i did a memory dignos...it gave PASS to every test,,, and yes i scaned for virus and malwares too... currently found some power management settings.....

a guy suggested to turn my FAN settings from active to Passive... and reduce my Max CPU usgae to 85%
