Alright, my XPS M1530 which I got 1.5 years ago came with Vista Home Premium 32bit. I want to install 64 bit and I only recently found out that Dell will send you out a 64 bit disc at no cost if you have the 32 bit version of the same edition. I asked them but since my warranty is over they can't help me.

I've looked for torrents but I can't find any for a 64 bit Dell OEM Vista Home Premium iso. All I can find are 32 bit ones..

Does anyone know of any torrents or anywhere where I can download one?

Bit of an ask for something around 3gbs, but would anyone who happens to have some spare time be willing to upload or make a torrent if they have it?..

Remember I'm not asking for anything illegal here...I just want the 64 bit disc..

You might be better off seeing if you can find someone else that has the disk locally. People ask to borrow my CDs from time to time to reinstall software on their systems.

You might also ask around to see if any of your friends have MSDN - they can generally download any Microsoft products.

You don't need an actual Dell OEM disk. All you need is any old copy of Vista x64, a Dell certificate and OEM SLP key.

    Legal Vista download links:

Dell certificate and OEM SLP key I can't post here but a simple search on google will help you.
