    Need help to solve my GPU problem

    Hi guys! I encountered the problem recently. First, I could not install any gpu drivers or update the software. So, I did a clean install which i thought it would solve the problem. However, now i can't install any gpu drivers except microsoft's basic driver. I tried to update the driver through device manage.. but it failed. Have disk method? failed Dell gpu driver? failed... What can I do? Is my gpu failing?
    Edit: When i tried to use the device manager to install, it said it failed and it cannot write to the specific device
