I am upgrading my video card on my C2D 2.4 Ghz M1530. I currently have a Geforce 8600m GT and was wondering which one I should get next. Which cards are supported?

None. You're kind of stuck there because the GPU is on the motherboard itself. As far as I know, the GPU is not upgradable. You pretty much have the best GPU that you can get for the M1530.

Well is there anything I can do? Can I have Dell replace my motherboard to one that can be customized?

No...DDR3 has different socket. And... m1530 only has the intel one or the one that you are using. If you have alienware m15 or m17 then you can change the graphic card. otherwise, you are stuck with that one.
