Ill be uploading a new video to youtube tonight showing L4D and Teamfortress 2 on my 32" lcd tv. This weekend I also played L4D on a 46" monstrosity that my friend had.
Gameplay seems to work better for some reason. I really think the vent being partially occluded by the screen causes the system to throttle. I do not get this issue when the screen is closed out putting to my tv. I even run the settings on high.
Video is uploading to youtube ~1hr left.
Ran 3dmark06 on a warm system, not cold boot and got 6782 3DMarks. Cold boot I may be able to break 6800.

well, TF2 and L4D aren't demanding games... you should be able to max out at 720p... maybe 1080p....

Well no they are not, but this is a laptop that isnt really a gaming laptop. And it is at 1080p. Ill try and find something thatll make it bleed. Would farcry do it? Any suggestions. I can get bioshock on here as well.
