Enhance WiFi Ping timeout in Power Saving mode.

Could it be this will fix the problems we've been having with it?

I've installed it and had the power saving issue still. Try it and report back. No adverse affects for me and I've run it for a few days...

zjacobss: The 6230 card, when in power saving mode, (default when the computer is on battery) tends to be abnormally slow.

Is anybody else having problems with the new driver and the 6230?

I'm finding that my TCP connections (SSH sessions, Windows Live Messenger, whatever) all seem to die every few hours all of a sudden. Thought it could be the new firmware on my DIR-825, but my netbook (also running 5GHz, but on an Intel 6200) isn't having this problem, so I think it's this driver.

I'm noticing, too, that Intel's site claims the latest is 14.1.1.0, but the Dell driver is 14.1.2.3. Did Dell release something ahead of Intel?!

I'm using the Intel 14.1.1.0 driver on my 1030 (L702x here). Intel 14.1.1.0 has been working great on my 2.4GHz connection (even when I temporary switch to a 40Mhz channel in order to get a file quickly from my NAS) so I'm not going to rock the boat....

Updated to this driver a few days ago and I can now connect to my WNDR-3700(v2)!! I've never been able to hold a connection to this router for more than 30 seconds but it's been going strong the whole time! This driver is working great for me! :D
