    New OS installation key from Dell or MS

    I was just curious to see if it is possible to get a new installation key from either source. I know Dell uses a generic key for new computer images, but the COA on the bottom of my XPS 16 is so worn that I cant read it anymore.

    If you are having a XPS 16, then Dell would have given a OS DVD along with it. If not you can call and ask them and they will ship it to you. They have shipped me around 5 times as of now..... But they will ship a OS cd to you and you dont need a CD Key to install it......
