    Hi everyone,

sorry if it's a newbie question but I have searched a couple keywords and no similar situations shows up.

I just got my new XPS L502x today shipped by Purolator. They tried to deliver to my home but I was at work today so they left it off at a Purolator store. When I got to the Purolator store and I found the seal underneath the package is already broken and it seemed as if the laptop had been being taken out. The lady had no clue why it was opened and she was told by the driver that at the time the driver got the package the seal is already opened.

The computer and the accessories seem all right...

Did anyone have any similar situations like this before? I highly suspect it's opened by Canadian customs (as per package tracking record this package was in transit in the US) but someone on some other forum said custom will leave a note if they opened it.

I called Dell and they have no clue, Purolator and CBSA are closed for the day.

I seem to remember that Canada Customs will put a sticker or some kind of notice on a package if they open it for inspection.

May be someone has open it ? May be customs they opend it , do one thing check the serial number on a dell website and see what it says it will give you some clues

As far as laptop has no scratch and looks tip top new than you dont have to worry
