I was planning to order the Dell XPS 14 or the XPS 15 before my next semester at school starts. I know that CES 2011 will start very soon (next week?) and they might be releasing new laptops.
I was wondering... How likely is it that Dell releases new XPS laptops during CES? I know that the current XPS laptops came out not too long ago (2-3 months ago?).
Sandy Bridge is the only thing that's holding me back. My old laptop died, so I need a new laptop ASAP.
Should I wait and endure with the old-school notetaking methods, or it's not worth the wait?

It would only make sense
Just wait another week.

I believe the L502X and L702X will be announced at CES. They will contain Sandy Bridge processors and Huron River chipset.

Can they add 13 inches Pc to that xps line
They canceled Adamo and before Sxps13
Where is 13inch pc from dell

When you guys say "announced", it doesn't mean that they'll be on sale right after CES, right? I mean... do I have to wait another 1-2 months after CES before I can buy them?
If that's the case, I think I'll just order my laptop right away since I really need one right now. -

Yeah I guess I should wait for the announcements at least.
Thanks everyone.
New XPS laptop with Sandy Bridge on CES 2011 likely or unlikely?
