This is odd. Dell Realtek Audio ALC665 driver on Dell U.S. and Dell Canada is 6.0.1.6312, A04.

Dell Australia has a newer driver version 6.0.1.6449, A05
Drivers and Downloads | Dell [Australia]

I haven't checked other drivers yet. It's strange that one country would have more recent drivers than others, isn't it?

The driver updates are sometimes based on the version of motherboards shipped to different regions. The set of motherboards used in the Asia- Pacific region may have required an update to enhance the audio. In the same way, if an update is required for the systems in US- Canada region, we will update the same in our support website along with the information about the criticality of the update.
