    Default is C:/

What words came up, like IRQ_NOT_EQUAL or anything? Some BSODs don't have words, some do.

I'm not sure what could be causing it. Installed or downloaded any new devices or drivers lately?

Well, the memory dump might be in C:/, have you checked there?

If your Pagefile is too small, then it won't make a memory dump.

BTW, it's C:\, not forward slash.
