Was checking out Powercfg, battery and sleep states on my 9350 and when I did a "powercfg /sleepstudy" I got the error "S0 Low Power Idle is not supported on this machine. Cannot run tool."

Is it normal not to support S0 sleep mode?

Second, when doing a battery report, my battery capacity report shows a Full Charge Capacity of 53,922 mWh, but a DESIGN CAPACITY of 57,532 mWh. Is it normal for the battery to not charge to the design capacity? I'm almost 4,000 mWh short of design capacity.
