    None responsive touch pad after coming out of standby?

    As title says guys i have the latest touch pad driver from Synaptics, running all of the latest drivers. My point is i dont get this all of the time, it is intermittent. Any ideas why its no responding buttons and touch but keyboard is working.

    You could try going into the properties of the touchpad in Device Manager and uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to put this device to sleep to save power" or something similar.
