Today i was cleaning my laptop then i open the battery, I saw a slot, i think it is for memory. Does anyone know what it is for? or it just a regular memory for storage? what type memory it is? thanks

Its a SIM card slot for cellular based wireless connections. Also known as a WWAN connection.
Assuming this is what you are talking about: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/xpsm1530/en/SM/minicard.htm#wp1180190 -
The memory slot would be on the bottom or under the keyboard.

Its a sim card slow. It accompanies the wwan slot if you put in a card from like sprint in there.

You can probably get a SIM card if you are using it internationally. Though it is more likely for AT&T or other GSM providers.
