    Hi,

I have a very strange problem with my XPS 13 9350...

Sometimes it's working well, but the most of the time I can't work normally on it.

A lot of websites never stop to charge, I can't click on any links.

The next Windows notification on the bottom right corner will stay blocked and I can't close it.

I can't play any music on Spotify, nothing happens when I click on the Play button.

And this is the same for YouTube and others videos, charging and nothing appears. It's the same on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer...

And I've all the time "plugin shockwave flash isn't responding" on Google Chrome.

If I disable Flash on Chrome, I still have a lot of problems... For example NotbookReview is not charging now :

I search a lot about these problems but I can't find anything.

Maybe someone can help me ? Seems to be a network problem.

    Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same issue with my XPS 13 9350
Did you ever find out what was causing it? It's so frustrating

I reinstalled Windows to fix the problem...

But that's crazy, I still don't know why it happened. :(

Yeah i was thinking of doing the same. So you haven't had any issues since? Are you using windows 10?

I've only had this laptop a few days... I can't remember if it happened before I installed any major windows updates so I don't know if they had anything to do with it. But I removed the previous version and update files/restore points using the Disk Cleanup tool so I can't revert back to how it was originally, unfortunately.
I may just have to reformat/reinstall, then install things gradually and see if I run into the issue again and find out what's causing it.

Though it's concerning that I had the exact same issue as you, considering that I also have the XPS 13 9350

Well I ended up running Windows Reset and started from scratch. So far I haven't run into any of the issues, but I did get a couple of BSOD's when I was trying to update the bluetooth or wireless drivers. It then wouldn't start, kept rebooting to bluescreen 2 or 3 times. Then it ran some auto repair and seemed to have fixed it. I've now installed Chrome and everything else again and haven't run into any more issues, so fingers crossed it stays that way.

Oh and I already had the latest BIOS, so I don't think that was the cause.
    Thanks for your help :)

On my last install, I just let Windows Update installs all the drivers... I didn't install anything and it's alright.

Well I ran into the same issues again! Notification freezes and Shockwave stopped responding etc.

However, I think I may know what is causing it. Did you by any chance install f.lux?
I just read a thread about it causing freezing issues in Windows 10. I have now uninstalled it and waiting to see if I get the same issues.
So far, so good, but I'll post an update in a day or 2... or if I still get the issue.

I forgot to reply to this.
I have not had an issue since uninstalling f.lux not sure if it's a coincidence or not.
