I JUST had my DVD drive replaced and now my left inbuilt speaker is crackling and knocking out on me while playing any kind of sound.........this computer as far as repairs has been a nightmare. Luckily it's easy enough to get it replaced but geez, Dell is going to think im lieing when I come back and tell them something ELSE needs to be fixed. How many repairs have you had on you M1530 or laptops in general? I'm now on my 3rd.

Many dell owners have multiple problems with their systems.
Sending it back twice is no big deal and dell isn't gonna red flag you for sending it in again so soon ;)

If you're having that problem they'll be able to see it's a real problem when they get it and they'll fix it.

you could also try exchanging it. but then you risk a bad screen and/or other problems.

I have the 3 year with On-Site care which obviously I have exercised multiple times. I just have a feeling that the next speakers will do the EXACT same thing again as apparently they aren't built to be used to play music to any capacity.
