The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

OFF-Topic(apologize in advance): These forums are certainly the best forums I have ever been on.

And not just this XPS section, all the sections I have visited have been concluded with a good experience including however not limited to the 'What notebook should I buy?' section. Everyone helps out everyone, users are mature, informed, unpretentious, affable, concerned, friendly, and almost all of the time, users are never antagonistic. Almost no question is too dumb/simple and almost no question or concern goes unanswered.

I have been to many forums over the years in varying categories. And this is not just the best computer/laptop forum I have seen, but the best overall.

    Keep it up and kudos!

I agree, I am a member of multiple forums, ranging in topics from Computer Hardware, to specific Software, to cars, to certain gadgets, etc. and this is easily one of the most helpful forums I have ever been on. Lots of experts who know there stuff, and I have learned a lot. Buying a notebook without visiting this forum first to do research would be a poor consumer choice.

noteboookforums.com used to be just like NBR. Then a few years later I went back and it's like a ghost town. Don't know what happened.

aye, thats why we left rockforums to set up our own. They blocked us all for complaining about the products! And then they got sold to another company!

Got to say, the support on here is better than DELL! but thats maybe not such a big achievement...
