I posted this awhile back: http://forum.notebookreview.com/del...33-dell-refused-replace-my-m1530-help-me.html

All they did was replace heat sink/fans/motherboard and it still overheats. I emailed the michael email, the BBB complaint and unresolved issues. Anything more I can do? anyone wants to help me make a letter? I've been through 3 motherboard replacements and a bunch of other parts. Help, the guarantee is until december of this year.

They told me the only option is they send me a repair man from another company and run the laptop for 3 hours. What's up with that I don't want to avoid going to classes to wait a dude that won't do for the laptop. Help me please!
