    On the XPS M1330, why are the NVidia Control Panel settings so SLOW?

    It seems like every setting hangs my computer for a few seconds, whats going on? :confused:

    No one else experiences this when changing the settings?

    well, I don't know about the M1330, but with my system, there is no lag.. except with I click on 'check now' for driver updates.. the whole darn thing hangs up!! But anyway, I never use that to do the updates though..

    Otherwise no lag at all.. with any settings for that matter!

    I heard there were problems with some, I guess thats my next question, which one works, and where to get it; Dell or NVidia

    Most of the time, OEM drivers work just about well.... there are some issues though with certain app' and games mainly... your best source in that case would be laptopvideo2go...

    for me I have been sticking around with OEM drivers (from Dell) without any issues so far..

    And I don't know if the nvidia cp being slow has got anything to do with drivers.. u could give it a try though.
