I'm not sure if this problem existed when I first got my Dell Studio XPS 16 in August or not, but whenever my USB ports go to sleep, they won't wake up. So if I want to use a usb mouse or charge my iPod, I have to reset my computer and use the devices immediately at boot up, otherwise nothing will be recognized or powered. Since the ports work on boot, I'm suspecting its either a BIOS or driver issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Specs:
    Dell Studio XPS 16 (1647)
    Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Bios A09 (A10 is latest, but update only adds support for the SLP2.1 protocol)
