looks like more mis-information by the phone support...It took me 3 people for them to tell me that it is an issue with my system and not the chat lines. Wonder how long this will take to get resolved

apparently its everyone in the employee purchase program cannot chat. It has been a problem for 6 months apparently

I haven't been able to access the chat directly for awhile now. However if you go to email technical support, there will be an option to chat with technical support instead. If go that route it works. However it has to be during the chat hours which I believe is like 9am-10pm CST.
