I purchased a new Dell Studio 1555 and it came with a French dictionary only.
To find out where an English one was on my discs or harddrive and where to put it would cost me $$$$. I spoke to 3 supervisors and a manager with the result that any software problem, including their own mistakes are going to take $$$. You must either purchase a software warranty or pay their software department.

When order new computers or laptops, be sure to specify English or multiple dictionaries.
