Well tried to the play Deathly Hallows Part 2 and no dice. Plays Part 1 just fine. Tried to find a firmware update but no dice either. Any ideas?

It played fine in my stand alone BluRay player for my home theater. I examined the disk closely and didn't see anything on the surface. Tried another BluRay disk in the XPS and it played just fine. I had some GE Screen Cleaning Foam and a micro fiber cleaning cloth so I cleaned the BluRay disk. Still wouldn't play but it played every other BluRay I put in it. I was getting pissed at this point. Chatted with Dell...yeah...that was useless. Finally I gently cleaned both lasers on the 5540 and sure enough..played just fine after that. Wondering why it played every other BluRay disk but they had to be cleaned to play Deathly Hallows Part 2. Oh well... if you run into issues playing some of the newest BluRay disks give your laser heads a clean.
