    I called in to ask what stage my studio xps 16 was in? the guy told me that the product has been back ordered till dec 3?... so i called in for a second time and talked to someone on DELL CHAT.. and they told me everything is perfectly fine?

    what is going on?

    im just saying what if someone has had the same problem as i have? one person says no .. its not detailed and one person says yes it delayed?

    it says nov 8/2010.. but when i called they said.. dec 3? .. and then nov 8 again? so confusing

    When I asked in chat whether to choose either sxps 16 or xps 15 the consultant told me that I can have problems when assembling my custom sxps 16 because it's obsolete - so there may be unpredictable shortages of some parts. Also he said that xps 15 is more powerful and I should stick to it. And so I did =)
