How can I check the status of my order with Dell? My account just shows it in production, doesn't show at what level of production. Have sent them emails and have yet to receive a response. Appreciate any help.

Call the number 1-800-999-3355. After the music plays and some random things are said. Say "Check Order Status"...the automated voice will ask you if that is what you meant. Say "Yes" if she gets it right, or "No" if she gets it wrong. After that she will ask you for your Order Number. Type it in and then press #. She will then say "Hold on one moment". And then she will report back with information on the status of your order. You can ask her for more information as well if you want a stage explained in more detail.

Sadly I think the automated voice is better at trouble shooting and customer service than their actual CS reps..
