So my Studio XPS 16 with 720QM, Full HD WLED, ATI 5730 still has the EDD of 10th June, which was yesterday, but it's still in production
So I called them up and asked them about it, and I got 3 different answers from 3 different people:
- My order was received (which clearly is not since the online status still says 'In production')
- My order is delayed about 1 MONTH (July 13), which does not seem right
- I should receive my laptop in the next 2-3 business days (this seems right)
So, hopefully it's most likely the 3rd answer that I got from the same person I put my order through.
Regardless, it's still past the EDD, what should I do?
P.S. I'm from Canada, if you were wondering

I was told the same thing (backorder AND it should meet the original EDD by different people). My EDD is still 06/14 but there's no way Dell's meeting that, the unit hasn't even shipped yet. I was told no later than the 16th of June by my sales rep. I have a funny feeling we'll be waiting till July though (also in Canada btw).
