That's the message I get when I enter my service tag and try to initiate a chat on Dell's support site. Any idea why I'd be getting this? My system is definitely under warranty, as it's one month old.

Nope, bought in the US. It's weird, 'cause I've used chat for this machine before and it worked fine.

Probably a glitch in their system then, unless you somehow entered the wrong details in.
"Our records indicate that chat is not available for your product model."
