I have ntune, and when i overclock my core, it automatically overclocks my shaders too. I want a separate one, since when i set the cores to 625 it sets my shader to 1563.

Shader clock is always set at 2.5x the core clock. You can't change one without changing the other.

Oh, really!? Have you try the latest RivaTuner 2.10?
    It supports until 177.92 driver.
For my system, I just simply can uncheck the links clock.
