    Hi guys,
I just sold out my three week old macbook pro 15 unibody on ebay....useless filthy piece of crap...utterly over-priced block of aluminium. And now I am typing this on my DELL  studio xps 1640 :D :D :D .I have a simple question, Will it be extremely risky if I try to overclock my gpu, ati mobility radeon hd3670 512mb gdrr3? Also, I am a gamer, but not one of those who faints if the fps drops by a point. I mostly play games like gta san andreas, cod4, world of warcraft, fear, soldier of fortune, assassin's creed, prince of persia, diablo, half-life, far cry , mafia, nfs etc. Is it necessary to overclock?

Also, isn't the hd 3670 better than the hd 4570 found in studio 15? Although I have played Prey on both the cards, and I felt the results were better with the 3670 :D . All advices, experiences and opinions are most welcome....

It would have been better if you had gone for the 4670 but 3670 is pretty decent. I think I've seen videos with almost max of it (in lower resolutions) on youtube.

but Dell has stopped using nVidida gpus in their nootebooks apart from the alienware...and even there a dell rep told me they were planning to switch to ati mobility radeon hd5970X, once the card is released. Between anyone heard of this card?

And i would have got the 4670, but i got my studio xps in return of my mom's old xps m1530....had the complete cover...screen stopped working....... :D :D :D
