Hi folks, I was wondering if anybody could help me. I have a m1530 and my LCD has this blue lines going down the screen majority of the time. However if I angle the LCD just right it goes back to normal. It appears to be some kind of connection problem because (again) it does go back to normal after moving around the screen to that exact angle. Anybody have any suggestions? I have added comparison pics to this thread. Please excuse the poor quality pics...i dunno why my camera did that. I just wanted to ask here first to see if I can open up the laptop and fix it bc I'd have to downgrade back to Vista before sending the laptop to Dell.

i have taken apart the m1530 before, really not hard at all. the odds of something being loose though is slim. Here is a link on how to remove the screen

Thanks for the link. I've actually taken apart the laptop before but I was hoping if anybody else had this problem or knew if it was a connection problem for sure. Didn't want to unnecessarily open the computer up for no reason.
