    PSA: Stuttering

    All five of the XPS 15s that I and my friends have received have had this stuttering problem. This seems to indicate that it's an endemic problem, though it's not like a sample size of 5 is enough to produce statistically convincing evidence. The stuttering makes browsing and everyday use almost unbearable.

    It makes sense, though, given the nature of the problem. We've fixed the issue on all of our machines by installing the latest intel drivers as per this reddit thread. This means its a software and not a hardware error, giving more credence to the idea that it's universal.

    So a PSA for any new XPS 15 9560 owners: you will probably have this stuttering issue, and you can fix it by installing new drivers.
