    Customer Resolution team says if I can get the part number for these items they will ship it to me. I told them JU563 for Promotional kit, they said they will call me back tomorrow because that item is not in stock. Can anyone help me with the partnumber for Sleeve?? Thanks in advance. I know this is been discussed in XPS accessories thread. But just want to give the partnumbers so that others can benefit too. Btw, I did not get luck with this rep to get a $100 card :((
