Hmm... I can't decide between the Acme Made and the ZeroShock III. Anyone know how to protection compares or have first hand experience with either of these and a Studio XPS 16?

Sam's Club in the Phoenix area is selling a nice Targus sleeve with handle, strap and front pocket for pens, paper, business cards for $9.99 while supplies last. It's called Slipcase Sport laptop sleeve. Pretty nice and fits the 2640 real nice.

I wanted to get the ACME Made sleeve but couldn't find it here in Holland so just bought the Crumpler Le Royale sleeve 17inch today and it fits surprisingly perfectly!. It's a great sleeve, high quality leather and seems pretty tough. Price is a bit steep, but then, it's worth it imo.

Has anybody else used the Crumpler le Royale 17" for the Studio XPS 16? Just curious if it fits well or if it is a little big causing the laptop to slide around inside. Is the inside nylon or a microfiber - worried about scuffing the high gloss finish.

This is nice, and not too expensive, I would buy it if it is *really* security friendly, I mean do the airport security people know that or every other time I would get a look and somebody will say "You need to take that off sir" which is going to defeat the purpose of a security friendly sleeve.

well width wise the, the laptop fits perfectly in the le royal 17". In terms of height, the case is slightly larger in height than the laptop so u get maybe a cm extra on the top, but its hardly noticeable, and the laptop does not slide around. The inside isn't microfiber, i'm not sure what the material but so far i have not had problems with it scuffing the finish. Oh and it fits the laptop with the 9-cell battery on to my surprise.
