    I have read so many negative customer service threads that I think my head is going to explode. I just pray my L702X never needs service. Please post some good customer service stories? There have to be some.

    On both my own and when supporting friends' Dell's I've had reasonably good experiences with Dell Support. The thousands of people who are satisfied dont tend to post here as much. One whiner can drown out many happy customers.

    You are so correct and it makes me crazy that folks with good stories stay away. I had both great and bad experiences with HP support, but always resolved the issue in the end.

    I've never had an issue with support, though I've only used business support and through chat, so your mileage may vary.
