    Probably this was discussed zillions of times before but your help here or to my inbox is highly appreciated.

    I'd like to return my XPS M1530 and don't want to deal with screen grainess. I really have no time. But I don't want to pay any restocking or shipping fees. Could you please direct me to a link that I can get details on how to do this (North America)

    Call Dell, tell them you're not happy and you want to return it. They'll offer you a discount to try dissuade you from returning, however refuse it and insist you are not happy with it and want to return.

    As long as you're within the initial return period, there shouldn't be a restocking fee.
